Privacy notice
Armada Inc. and Armada S.A. de C.V., with addresses in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States and Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, are jointly responsible for the personal data collected through armadatech.ai. This notice is issued for the purposes of the Mexican Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares and its regulations, and it describes our practice generally.
1 · The short version
If you fill in the contact form, we use what you send to answer you and to arrange a call. That is it. We do not sell it, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to train any model.
2 · What we collect
- What you give us: name, role, company, company size, work email, phone number, the process you selected, and anything you write in the message field.
- What the server records: standard web server logs, which may include IP address, browser type and the page requested. These are technical records, kept briefly.
We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal data. Please do not send financial account details, government identifiers, health information, or confidential company material through this Site.
3 · Why we use it
- To answer your message and arrange a discovery call.
- To prepare for that call and, if you ask for one, a Discovery proposal.
- To keep a record of our commercial correspondence with you.
- To keep the Site running, secure and free of abuse.
If, after we have been in contact, we want to send you anything else, we ask first. You can tell us to stop at any time and we stop.
4 · What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal data.
- We do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.
- We do not use it to train, fine-tune or evaluate any model, ours or anybody's.
- We do not run third-party advertising or social media tracking pixels on this Site.
5 · Who else sees it
Inside Armada, the founders and the people working on your enquiry. Outside Armada, only service providers we need to operate: our email provider, our website host, and the customer relationship system we use to keep track of conversations. Each is bound by contract to process the data only on our instructions.
Because Armada operates in Mexico and the United States, your data may be processed in either country. We do not transfer personal data to any third party for that third party's own purposes without your consent, except where the law requires disclosure to a competent authority.
6 · How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as the conversation is live, and then for up to twenty-four months so that we know who we have spoken to and about what. Server logs are kept for a short technical period. Where a commercial relationship starts, the retention terms of the signed agreement apply instead.
7 · Cookies and measurement
This Site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking scripts. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch them; that request is subject to Google's own privacy terms. Nothing else on the page calls a third party.
8 · Security
The Site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is held in systems protected by access control and encryption in transit. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise; we do commit to telling you promptly if something goes wrong with data you gave us.
9 · Your rights, and how to use them
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, and to object to or limit how we use it. These are the ARCO rights under Mexican law: acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición. You may also withdraw consent at any time.
Write to daniel@armadatech.ai with the subject "privacy", telling us what you want and enough detail for us to identify your record. We answer within twenty business days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the competent Mexican data protection authority.
10 · Client data is different
This notice covers the website. It does not cover data inside a Genesis deployment. In a deployment, the client is the controller of its own data, that data stays on the client's own hardware inside its own premises, and Armada acts only as a processor on the client's documented instructions, under the data processing terms of the signed agreement. See the Terms of Service.
11 · Changes to this notice
We may update this notice. The version published here, with the date at the top, is the version that applies. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
