Terms of Use
This website is published by Armada Inc., a company incorporated in the United States, together with its affiliate Armada S.A. de C.V. in Mexico ("Armada", "we", "us"). By using armadatech.ai and any of its subdomains (the "Site") you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
1 · What this Site is
The Site describes Armada, its people, and Genesis, the Micro-Sovereign AI system we install for enterprise clients. It is published for information. It is not the product, it is not a portal into any client system, and it holds no client data.
2 · No offer, no advice, no contract
Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, a quotation, a commitment, or professional advice of any kind, including legal, tax, accounting, security or investment advice. Descriptions of what Genesis does are general descriptions of capability, not promises of a specific result for a specific company.
Any commercial relationship with Armada is governed only by a written agreement signed by both parties, such as a Discovery agreement or a statement of work. Where anything on this Site differs from a signed agreement, the signed agreement governs.
Figures and statements attributed to third parties, including research and press reports, are cited as published by those third parties. We do not warrant them and we do not adopt them as our own statements of fact.
3 · Acceptable use
You may read the Site, print pages from it, and share links to it. You may not:
- use the Site in a way that breaks any law, or that infringes anybody's rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or anything connected to it;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site, or defeat any security or authentication measure;
- introduce malicious code, or place an unreasonable load on the Site;
- scrape or harvest the Site by automated means for the purpose of training a model or building a competing service;
- use the contact forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.
4 · Intellectual property
The Site, its text, diagrams, illustrations, photographs, code and design are owned by Armada or used by Armada with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. "Armada", "Genesis", "ARC", "Bridge" and the Armada mark are trade marks or trade names of Armada.
You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. Everything else requires our written permission: no copying, adaptation, redistribution, or use of our material to train, fine-tune or evaluate a machine learning model.
5 · What you send us
Do not send us confidential information through this Site. The contact form is for arranging a conversation. We sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before any Discovery engagement, and confidential material belongs after that signature, not before it.
Anything you do send us through the Site that is not personal data and not marked confidential, we may use without obligation to you, including to improve how we explain what we do. Personal data is handled as described in the privacy notice.
6 · Links to other sites
Where the Site links to a third party, including sources we cite, that link is for reference. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their terms, or their handling of your data.
7 · Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw the Site or any part of it at any time, without notice. We may also update these Terms of Use. The version published here, with its date, is the version that applies.
8 · Disclaimers and limits
The Site is provided as it is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, Armada gives no warranty of any kind about the Site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Armada is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud.
9 · Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction. Where you are located in Mexico and Mexican consumer or data protection law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights are not affected, and the federal courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León also have jurisdiction.
